Gold-colored, huge-bodied wine with real aroma and taste dumping.
A line of high alcohol, ripe and jam fruits greets our noses first. After aeration, the very intense melon is joined by a stony, cigarette-smelling scent with some green spice.
Tasting the wine is hazelnut, creamy and caramel-like as a really good chocolate dessert, but without sugar.
All the beauty of the 2017 vintage can be felt in the wine: ripe grapes, a well-chosen harvest date and plenty of layers waiting to unfold.
Definitely a great wine; and not the wine of everyday life. It is an experience in itself, but next to a lobster it is a miracle.
