The intensity of the scent is outstanding: peach, pineapple, elderberry, gooseberry, cut grass and a row of flowers. The style clearly evokes the new world: in the best possible sense.
On the palate, fresh and acidic, with juicy peaches, citrus, ripe pineapple and grass notes.
Aromatic wine, but complex enough and not an unforgettable experience.
I recommend it as an accompaniment to salads, goat cheese and vegetarian dishes.
