Golden-colored, oily-textured wine with a fragrant, intense aroma. Aromas of Chardonnay stand out first: stone fruits, ripe peaches, tropical fruits and melons. These classic scents are followed by orange blossom, apricot and orange jam which scents anticipate our sweet wine experience. The wine is sweet but sophisticated: the sugar content can be felt, but the acid structure and spicy flavors of the wine come to the fore in its finish. pairing is clearly with peach pancakes, but it also works well with a spicy-coconut milk curry.
